Structural features
Interlocking Toothed Rotor-Stator Assembly Design
Adopt a high-pressure shaft seal.
The motor’s rotation direction and speed can be flexibly and smoothly controlled.
The stator and rotor sub-parameters adopt the EATON 6000 series motor stator and rotor sub-parameters.
Using bearings with high-capacity dynamic loads enables them to withstand higher system pressures.
Ultra-long machine service life
Ultra-long service life of sealing components
Mainly used in engineering machinery such as petroleum, coal machinery, and small cranes.
Performance parameters

Discontinuous pressure refers to the pressure that the motor’s oil inlet is allowed to withstand, while continuous pressure refers to the pressure difference when the two oil ports are operating continuously.
The motor is not permitted to operate simultaneously under conditions of high speed and high pressure.
Intermittent operating conditions—refers to a motor operating under these conditions for no more than 10% of each minute.
Recommended hydraulic oil: viscosity of 37–73 cSt, filtration accuracy: ISO 18/13, with a maximum system temperature not exceeding 80℃.
The shaft seal can withstand a back pressure of 10 MPa. It is recommended that the motor’s back pressure not exceed 5 MPa; if the back pressure exceeds 5 MPa, it is advisable to connect an external drain line. Before and during operation, the motor’s cavity must always be kept fully filled with hydraulic oil to ensure proper lubrication and cooling of the motor.
It is strongly recommended that the motor run at 30% load for about one hour before operating at full load, allowing the motor to undergo sufficient break-in.
