RMPD/RMRD Series Motors
The RMPD/RMRD series motors are an improved version of the RMP/RMD series motors. They feature a double-row ball bearing at the front end of the motor’s output shaft and a radial needle roller bearing at the rear end of the output shaft, enabling the motor’s output shaft to withstand some radial forces. As a result, this series of motors boasts higher rotational speeds and greater system pressure ratings. In operating environments characterized by frequent load starts or frequent direction changes, using this series of motors can significantly reduce the motor failure rate.
The external shape and connection dimensions of this series of motors are essentially identical to those of the RMP/RMD series motors.
Performance Parameters of Light-Load Axial-Displacement Motors in the RMPD/RMRD Series

The motor is not permitted to operate simultaneously under conditions of high speed and high pressure.
Intermittent operating conditions—refers to a motor operating under these conditions for no more than 10% of each minute.
Recommended hydraulic oil: viscosity of 37–73 cSt, filtration accuracy: ISO 18/13, and maximum system temperature not exceeding 80℃.
The shaft seal can withstand a back pressure of 10 MPa. It is recommended that the motor’s back pressure not exceed 5 MPa; if the back pressure exceeds 5 MPa, it is advisable to connect an external drain line. Before and during operation, the motor’s cavity must always be kept fully filled with hydraulic oil to ensure proper lubrication and cooling of the motor.
It is strongly recommended that the motor run at 30% load for about one hour before operating at full load, allowing the motor to undergo sufficient break-in.
