The RMPD/RMRD series motors are based on the RMP/RMD series of motors. Double-row ball bearings have been added to the front end of the motor output shaft, and radial needle bearings have been added to the rear end of the output shaft.

The RMPD/RMRD series motors are based on the RMP/RMD series of motors. Double-row ball bearings have been added to the front end of the motor output shaft, and radial needle bearings have been added to the rear end of the output shaft. The output shaft can withstand some of the radial forces. This increases the maximum speed of the series of motors and the system pressure that can be withstand. In the working environment with frequent load start or frequent commutation, the motor failure rate can be significantly reduced by using this series of motors.
The external shape and connection dimensions of this series of motors are basically the same as those of the RMP/RMD series motors.

The motor is not allowed to be used at both maximum speed and maximum pressure.
Discontinuous operating conditions --- means that the motor does not exceed 10% per minute during this condition.
Recommended hydraulic oil: viscosity 37-73cSt, filtration accuracy: ISO18/13, system maximum temperature does not exceed 80 °C.
The shaft seal can withstand 10Mpa back pressure. It is recommended that the motor back pressure should not exceed 5Mpa. When it exceeds 5Mpa, it is recommended to connect the external drain pipe. Before and during operation of the motor, ensure that the chamber is always filled with hydraulic oil to allow the motor to be well lubricated and cooled.
It is strongly recommended that the motor be operated with a 30% load for approximately one hour before full load operation to allow the motor to be fully run-in.
